Once the adhesive mixture is ready, it is coated onto a silicone-coated release liner using a hot melt coating machine. The coating thickness is maintained precisely to ensure consistent performance and optimal release characteristics. After coating, the adhesive layer is laminated with a breathable non-woven fabric, which acts as the carrier material for the patch and ensures comfort when applied to the skin or clothing.

The laminated material is then passed through a cooling section to stabilize the adhesive layer. Following this, it is converted into patches by die-cutting into desired shapes and sizes, depending on product requirements.
